1. SECURE PAYMENT PROCESSING
All payments made on the web site are encrypted using secure PCI certified technology. Your card details are not retained.
2. ORDER CONFIRMATION
You will receive an email that confirms successful payment. If you have a problem processing your payment online or are not certain if your payment was successful please email email@example.com.
3. DELIVERY TIME
Normal delivery times from Tickandogle.com are: 1-3 working days to Sweden, 2-4 working days to Europe, and 3-5 working days to all other Continents. Some products are in high demand, and if sold out the warehouse staff might wait a few days if they are expecting new arrivals. During times of high traffic, such as public holidays, there may be slightly longer delivery times. For delivery questions about your specific order please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
4. CARRYING OUT THE DELIVERY
It is very important that you include the correct phone number and email address to the receiver of the order since DHL and UPS will need this to get in contact with the receiver before carrying out the delivery. Deliveries with DHL are picked up by the receiver at the closest Service Point, the receiver will be notified of which one. For deliveries with UPS, make sure someone is home to sign for the package otherwise UPS will not leave the package. This is done for security reasons, we want to be sure your order reaches the correct receiver.
5. LOCAL DUTIES AND TAXES
All prices include VAT. For some countries outside the EU additional costs such as customs charges or other local taxes may apply, please check with your local authorities.
We are unable to handle deliveries to Belarus.
7. UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If a package is unclaimed and returned to us we will charge you for the cost of the return delivery. An invoice will be sent within 3 days of us registering the returned product/s. If a customer has more than 2 unclaimed packages they can be barred from further shopping at Tickandogle.com
8. AMENDING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you would like to amend or cancel your order, it is important that you contact our customer services as soon as possible, via phone +46 31 7552100 or email email@example.com.
• Orders placed Weekdays before 12 noon (GMT +1) are normally shipped on the same day at 3 pm (GMT +1).
• Orders placed Weekdays after 12 noon (GMT +1) are normally shipped on the next weekday at 3 pm (GMT +1).
• Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays are normally shipped on the following Monday at 3 pm (GMT +1).
Please note that we are unable to amend or cancel an order once it has been shipped out, in such cases you will instead have to return the product to us after receiving it for a refund.
We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee – You have the right to return products that have been purchased on Tickandogle.com for a full refund within 14 days after receiving them.
If returning a product, please first fill out our online Return form to facilitate the handling of your case. You will then receive a confirmation by email containing the return address, an unique reference number and further return instructions.
The returned product shall be in an unused and undamaged state, in its original packaging and including all documentation. Products lost or damaged in the return transportation to us will not be compensated for. Return against cash on delivery is not accepted. Refunds for returned merchandise, including the original shipping cost of the order, will be made within two weeks of the return of the product to the original purchaser’s credit card. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. All exchanges are subject to availability. You are responsible for the shipping cost of returned products back to us.
10. TWO YEARS INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY
Tick & Ogle provides a 2-year international warranty valid from the date of an original purchase from an authorized dealer.
If your watch is faulty or not assembled correctly, we’ll repair or replace it, at our option. In such case, please first fill out the online Warranty & Repairs form to facilitate the handling of your case.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects such as faulty mechanisms, dials, and watch hands. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or batteries, crystals, watch cases, straps and bracelets. You will void your warranty if you open your case back, push the buttons underwater, or forget to screw down or push in the crown and expose your watch to moisture. Tick & Ogle will pay for repair costs covered by the warranty during the 2 year period. In the event of malfunction not covered by the warranty, we will provide a price estimate before carrying out any necessary repairs. Normal wear and tear is inevitable. The watch will only perform to the way in which it is treated. Perfumes, colognes, hair sprays, water and extreme temperatures (heat and steam) should not come into extreme contact with the watch, as this may affect the appearance of the watch.
11. ERRORS AND OMISSIONS
In the case of errors or omissions on the Tick & Ogle web site we reserve the right to refund your order prior to the goods being despatched.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is no longer available. In such cases you will be notified and repaid in full for the total cost of the order and the shipping.
Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of Tick & Ogle products are correct. The colours shown on the web site are a close representation, but slight variations in the actual product colours may occur due to different screen resolutions and browsers.
The Swedish company, Saro Island AB, owns the brand Tick & Ogle and is the controller of the personal data you submit to us and responsible for your personal data under applicable data protection law, the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

12.1 What personal data is collected, why, and for how long?
Saro Island will collect personal data when you place an online order. This is necessary to administer your customer relation with us and to provide services in accordance with our mutual agreement. We will also collect personal data for analasys, statistics and marketing.
The personal data we may collect when you place an online order is:

- Product/s, transaction and purchase information
- Demographic and geographic information, IP address, web browser information, user pattern and behavior data
We may collect this data for the following purposes:
- to properly process and fulfill your placed order
- to send order confirmations and receipt of your payment
- for correspondence with you regarding deliveries, warranty and repair issues, returns and refunds

This means that even in the event that no specific consent has been given for receiving any marketing information, you hereby give Saro Island permission to send you information about Tick & Ogle, our products that are the same or similar to those that you have ordered, or other information of which we believe that you will find useful. For how long is the personal data stored?
- The data is saved for two years (same as the warranty period to be able to provide you with the best service)
Please note that certain data must be stored for a longer period of time, even after a business relationship has been terminated, when this is required by national law. Such requirements may for example be included in tax or book keeping laws. No information about you will be saved for longer than is necessary or in a manner that is inconsistent with law.
12.2 Protection and management of your personal data
Saro Island use a variety of security measures, including encryption and authentication tools, to maintain the safety of your personal data. Your personal data is contained behind secured networks and stored in Sweden.
Saro Island are entitled to hire sub-processors for processing personal data on your behalf. For example, this is necessary to process credit cards and payments, for shipping and deliveries by courier service companies, to manage and service our data and to distribute e-mails. All companies that process personal data on our behalf will always enter into a data processing agreement with us in order to ensure that a high level of protection of your personal data is maintained by our partners.
12.4 Your rights – withdrawal, access, correction and removal
You are entitled, in accordance with applicable data protection laws, to request access to the personal data processed about you at any time. You also have the right to have incorrect personal data about you corrected, to request that we erase your personal data (in some cases Saro Island cannot meet your request for erasure, if the data is required to comply with applicable law), limit our processing of your personal data, exercise your right to data portability, and object to the processing of your personal data.
