Normal delivery times from Lambrettawatches.com are: 1-3 working days to Sweden, 2-4 working days to Europe, and 3-5 working days to all other Continents. Some products are in high demand, and if sold out the warehouse staff might wait a few days if they are expecting new arrivals. During times of high traffic, such as public holidays, there may be slightly longer delivery times. For delivery questions about your specific order please email email@example.com.
It is very important that you include the correct phone number and email address to the receiver of the order since DHL and UPS will need this to get in contact with the receiver before carrying out the delivery. Deliveries with DHL are picked up by the receiver at the closest Service Point, the receiver will be notified of which one. For deliveries with UPS, make sure someone is home to sign for the package otherwise UPS will not leave the package. This is done for security reasons, we want to be sure your order reaches the correct receiver.
All prices include VAT. For some countries outside the EU additional costs such as customs charges or other local taxes may apply, please check with your local authorities.
We are unable to handle deliveries to Russia and Belarus.
If a package is unclaimed and returned to us we will charge you for the cost of the return delivery. An invoice will be sent within 3 days of us registering the returned product/s. If a customer has more than 2 unclaimed packages they can be barred from further shopping at Lambrettawatches.com
If you would like to amend your order, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that Capella Industries are unable to cancel or amend an order once it has been shipped out, in such cases you will have to return the product to us after receiving it for a refund.
We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee – You have the right to return products that have been purchased on Lambrettawatches.com for a full refund within 14 days after receiving them.
For the Holiday Season we offer an extended return right for all products purchased in our online shop during the period 24 Nov - 31 Dec 2017, with full return policy until 31 Jan 2018.
If returning a product, please first fill out our online Return form to facilitate the handling of your case. You will then receive a confirmation by email containing the return address, an unique reference number and further return instructions.
The returned product shall be in an unused and undamaged state, in its original packaging and including all documentation. Products lost or damaged in the return transportation to us will not be compensated for. Return against cash on delivery is not accepted. Refunds for returned merchandise, including the original shipping cost of the order, will be made within two weeks of the return of the product to the original purchaser’s credit card. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. All exchanges are subject to availability. You are responsible for the shipping cost of returned products back to us.
Lambretta Watches provides a 2-year international warranty valid from the date of an original purchase from an authorized dealer.
If your watch is faulty or not assembled correctly, we’ll repair or replace it, at our option. In such case, please first fill out the online Warranty & Repairs form to facilitate the handling of your case.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects such as faulty mechanisms, dials, and watch hands. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or batteries, crystals, watch cases, straps and bracelets. You will void your warranty if you open your case back, push the buttons underwater, or forget to screw down or push in the crown and expose your watch to moisture. Lambretta Watches will pay for repair costs covered by the warranty during the 2 year period. In the event of malfunction not covered by the warranty, we will provide a price estimate before carrying out any necessary repairs. Normal wear and tear is inevitable. The watch will only perform to the way in which it is treated. Perfumes, colognes, hair sprays, water and extreme temperatures (heat and steam) should not come into extreme contact with the watch, as this may affect the appearance of the watch.

In the case of errors or omissions on the Lambretta Watches web site we reserve the right to refund your order prior to the goods being despatched.
Capella Industries AB reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is no longer available. In such cases you will be notified and repaid in full for the total cost of the order and the shipping.
